PrintThese Beetlejuice Cookie Parfaits are such a fun and spooky treat, and they’re super simple to make! They’ve got bright green vanilla pudding, crushed Beetlejuice-themed Fudge Striped cookies, and candy eyes. Best yet, they’re no-bake, so kids can totally help! You can’t go wrong with pudding, whipped cream, and Fudge Stripes.
The star of the show here is, of course, the Beetlejuice Fudge Stripe cookies, and they’re actually dark chocolate cookies with white chocolate drizzle. I like them even better than the original, they’re ridiculously tasty. I was a bit torn on what to pair them with, but I went with green-vanilla pudding to give it that Beetlejuice vibe. When I added the whipped cream layer, it was exactly what I had in mind.
To top it off, I added a final touch of crushed Oreos on top giving it a crumbly, dirt-like texture that fits right into the spooky Beetlejuice theme. And of course, those candy eyes make it look a little creepy lol.
One of the best parts of this recipe is truly how simple it is to make. Even if you forgot to make dessert or need something last minute, hey, I’ve got you covered. It’s super easy to customize too. Imagine making it with red pudding for a vampire theme or purple for a witchy twist.
This dessert was literally a 10/10 winner. It totally gets you into the Halloween spirit, it celebrates the movie, AND it’s delicious. I hope it’s a hit in your house too!
