I have been LOVING these mini ice cream cakes! This flavor was based on the “Lemon Squeezy” mix from Sprinkle Pop. I used layers of vanilla and lemon blueberry ice cream and then topped it off with freeze-dried lemon crunchies!
I saw these at Walt Disney World a few weeks ago and I just HAD to recreate them. They’re such a fun idea and turned out to be super simple to make. I thought of a few fun ways to customize them for next time too 😉
An easy Summertime Snack mix filled with Rice Chex, M&Ms, and Oreos. Definitely a kids favorite on pool days!
I love easy weeknight meals, and this Instant Pot BBQ chicken is one of my favorite things to make. I used a few “healthier” swaps and it’s a hit with kids and adults. Serve it with buns as a sandwich or just the BBQ chicken by itself!
You’ll absolutely love this recipe because it’s so easy to make and so perfect for summer dessert on the porch. My favorite way to serve it is warm with scoops of vanilla ice cream. The fresh strawberries give it an extra boost of fresh flavor.
I love love love making sprinkle cookies, and these were a really fun theme. They’re really simple to make, but add a bit of extra fun to the design. I’ve got a few more coming soon too! What I used to make these!
A mini summer ice cream cake inspired by this tropical sprinkle mix. It has a Cotton Candy Oreo crust, Cotton Candy ice cream, and you guessed it…cotton candy on top!
Light coconut cake mix cookies are filled with Pina Colada ice cream to make the perfect treat! I saw this cookie scoop everywhere but it was HUGE, so I searched to see if there was a smaller one. There was and it’s perfect…I linked it below 🙂
The perfect summer no-bake “cake!” Layers of Neapolitan ice cream sandwiches are layered with chocolate and strawberry whipped cream plus fudge, then topped with sprinkles. Definitely a fun and easy semi-homemade party treat.
I decided to give myself a little challenge this summer- create mini ice cream cakes based on the sprinkle mix. I started with “Miami Vibes” and decided to do a Golden Oreo crust, rainbow sherbet layers with a vanilla marshmallow middle. They’re topped with marshmallow creme, sprinkles, and a whipped cream border. Perfect for summer!
This may be my favorite summer cake that I have ever made. I love how bright and fun it is, plus all of the BBQ accent sprinkles. The cake itself is a rich chocolate doctored cake mix recipe and it’s topped with chocolate fudge frosting and tons of decorations.
These are a super easy alternative to birthday cake OR a fun and delicious treat to make for no reason 😉 All you need is brownie mix, birthday cake cookie dough, and rainbow sprinkles.
