Let’s start with the baking…I’ve been making cakes based on sprinkle mixes and this is the newest one! I actually started with this blend (it’s part of the Bingeworthy Sprinkle Series). The mix is called Ghost Stories which is inspired by Goosebumps. My mom gets these cakes and the flavor she picked was banana…let’s see how that goes lol.
These cookie skillets have been such a HIT in my house, I think I am in my skillet-era. This one had a pumpkin cookie base, character cookies pressed in, Sanderson sisters royal icing, and Salted Caramel ice cream.
Lastly, I never showed the inside of my Gilmore Girls Cake! Recipe should be up this week, and it was a pumpkin cake with espresso layers.
I LOVE limited edition treats, so this Fanta Zero made my day. I didn’t even know it existed, but when we stopped at Wawa they had it in the fountain machine and bottles. I can’t quite put my finger on the flavor…maybe a Sprite with Pez.
My daughter found this doll on Mattel Creations site. It scares me. Idk its a whole new kind of creepy, but also somehow cute. I got it for her “unbirthday” which fits since it’s Alice in Wonderland. The outside of the box is super cute though.
I get so many comments about eating sugar all day and having so much food in the house. This is what I eat…this is the food in the house. Frankly, I love it, but it’s not that exciting.
AND my days are filled with a treadmill desk, yoga, and cycling. I loveeee Bradley Rose’s classes. He’s the only instructor that I use at this point.
This is us excited to go to Moonlight Magic at Hollywood Studios, but also clearly scared of staying up until 2am on a school night. (She went in late the next day, we couldn’t handle it after all.)
We got there early and did a little skyliner trip. We’ve eaten these donuts like 50 times and they’re still good. Also I finally tried the toffee flight latte. It was iced and better than expected. Definitely sweet, but it had a really good flavor.
We stopped off at the Caribbean Beach Resort and got this mini meal of pork bites, plantain chips, rice, and beans. It was incredible, definitely the best thing I had all night.
And now for the worst…this is a peanut butter cookie from Hollywood Studios. I am not sure what kind of concept they were going for here but it isn’t good. The cookie is peanut butter but it tastes like a cracker…how I’d imagine a dog cracker to taste. There’s a layer of peanut butter icing which to me is like peanut butter paste. There’s some kinda jelly…again, ick, and a huge slab of chocolate on top. The picture is cute but the chocolate tastes waxy and doesn’t fit the cookie. 2/10 for me.
Hope everyone has a great week! So many new fun things coming, I can’t wait to show you all.
