Welcome!
If you’re looking for a beach read in the upcoming months, I highly recommend Not So Perfect Strangers. I read this book SO FAST, and it was really easy to stay interested. It jumps between 3 points of view. The first is Tasha who is a woman in an abusive relationship. She stays because she feels like it’s best for her son. The second POV is Madison. She’s extremely powerful and wealthy, yet also unhappily married. She believes her husband is cheating on her and plans to divorce her. The last character is a detective who’s investigating a murder that both women seem to be involved in.
Madison and Tasha meet by accident, and this relationship is the beginning of chaos in their lives. Madison wants Tasha to kill her husband and in return she will kill Tasha’s. Needless to say both women aren’t on the same page which leads to murder, arson, and arrests. There are a lot of twists and turns at the end and to be honest, I wasn’t expecting all of them! In addition to the thriller aspect of this novel, there’s a subplot of Tasha not being heard or taken seriously. In the end, it affects everything and shows the unfairness of the whole situation.
If you’re looking for a good classic well-written thriller, this is your book!
