These granola bars are such an easy, happy sweet treat! They’re filled with mini chocolate chips, rainbow sprinkles, chopped pecans, and banana chips.
Banana Split Granola Bars
These granola bars are filled with mini chocolate chips, banana bites, and rainbow sprinkles. They make the perfect sweet and tasty treat!
Ingredients
Scale
3 c quick cooking oats
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 c choc chips
1 c chopped nuts (I used pecans)
1/2 c rainbow sprinkles
1/3 c chopped dried bananas
Optional- melted chocolate for drizzle.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray the granola bar molds with cooking spray.
- Mix everything in a bowl until well blended. Scoop mixture into mold cavities and press until it’s completely filled to the top.
- Bake for 20-25 min. Cool completely. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- If you only have one granola bar mold, spread the rest onto a sheet pan and bake it…use it as regular granola!
