If you follow me on social media, you know I LOVE limited edition and seasonal products. Target’s Favorite Day brand is always one of the first places I look because they always come up with products that are unique and creative, not to mention, trendy.
This time, I found two new whipped topping flavors: Salted Honey and Raspberry White Chocolate.
I am extremely picky about flavored whipped toppings because so many of them end up tasting nothing like the flavor advertised. These were such a great surprise because both flavors tasted absolutely delicious. Of course, I just had to create recipes for both of them.

The Salted Honey whipped topping had a light vanilla-honey flavor with an airy texture, and the hint of salt really helped bring out the sweetness.
The salt stayed subtle and more than anything, you could actually taste the honey. This would work especially well with espresso, bananas, almond butter, chocolate, and vanilla ice cream.
The White Chocolate Raspberry whipped topping had a bright raspberry flavor without becoming overly tart, while the white chocolate kept everything creamy and smooth. It reminded me a lot of raspberry cheesecake filling mixed with a light white chocolate mousse.
This flavor would pair especially well with brownies, cheesecake, vanilla ice cream, graham crackers, and fresh raspberries.

I came up with two recipes for each whipped topping flavor. The first was Salted Honey Espresso Floats. This felt like the perfect after-dinner recipe when you want both dessert and a little pick-me-up. It’s got a rich coffee base and spoonfuls of ice-cold vanilla ice cream that slowly melt into the drink.
The honey added a subtle sweetness that balanced the bitterness of the coffee really well without making the drink overly sweet. The Salted Honey whipped topping added another layer of flavor while keeping everything creamy. This is the ultimate upgraded float.

The Salted Honey Banana Toast ended up being my favorite breakfast of all time. The toast gets crisp and golden, then layered with smooth almond butter that adds a rich, nutty flavor. The bananas bring that fruity element and caramelizing them adds extra sweetness and a slightly brûléed finish. The Salted Honey whipped topping added a light, airy layer that gave it that sweet breakfast touch.
Overall, it almost tasted like a bananas foster-inspired toast with a nut butter twist.

The Raspberry White Chocolate Parfaits were the perfect mix of raspberry flavor plus two different layers of chocolate. The brownies created a rich, fudgy base while the raspberry jam added that perfect sweetness that pairs perfectly with chocolate.
The White Chocolate Raspberry whipped topping gave the parfaits a light and creamy berry flavor. Everything balanced together really well, especially served cold straight from the refrigerator.

The Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake Freeze was my take on a raspberry cheesecake-style Blizzard. It starts with a smooth vanilla ice cream base and it’s mixed with chunks of cheesecake so every bite has a creamy, buttery cheesecake flavor.
The raspberry preserves on top helped the raspberry flavor stand out even more. It totally made this dessert taste like the perfect cheesecake-ice cream mashup. After the fresh raspberries, graham crackers, and Raspberry White Chocolate whipped topping are added, you get the full cheesecake experience.

These flavors were one of my favorites from Target’s whipped topping line. The Salted Honey flavor would be incredible on iced chai drinks, waffles, brownies, pancakes, hot chocolate, or even sweet potato desserts.
The Raspberry White Chocolate flavor would be amazing folded into pudding cups, layered onto cakes, added to iced coffee drinks, or piped onto brownies.
Both flavors also genuinely tasted better than I expected. If you love getting creative with your treats, I definitely recommend trying both options before they’re gone.
