  • Raspberry White Chocolate Whipped Topping
  • Graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Add the cold vanilla ice cream to a mixing bowl and beat briefly until softened and creamy but not melted.
  2. Fold in the cheesecake pieces.
  3. Spoon into serving glasses.
  4. Warm the raspberry preserves slightly if needed and drizzle over the top.
  5. Finish with a swirl of the White Chocolate Raspberry whipped topping and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
