Mini s’mores pies are the perfect Halloween treat, combining the nostalgic flavors of campfire s’mores with a festive twist. Their bite-sized goodness makes them an eerie-sistible addition to any spooky celebration.
I’ve been making these s’mores pies recently, and when I saw the new Peeps at Publix, I had to give these a try. I was SO HAPPY with how they came out. They’re the perfect individual portion size and have a crunchy graham cracker crust, a gooey chocolate filling, and are topped off with pumpkin and monster marshmallows. They’d be so perfect for a Halloween movie night or even a quick and easy spooky-seasonal weeknight dessert. I can assure you, these are a hauntingly delicious experience.
Hi! I noticed they get a bit sticky/crunchy, but I haven’t tried putting them in the oven again for reheating. That might work! I’m making Christmas ones this week so I can test them out 😉
How many pieces of chocolate do u add?
I did two but I’m sure you could get away with 3 😉
Could you make this with cook and serve pudding and make in a 13×9 inch pan to serve more people.
Honestly that sounds delicious and definitely worth a try! I’d love to know if you test it!!
Can you store them if you have left overs?
