A few weeks back, I decided to do an Apple Harvest Party Table. I was so so happy with how it came out. There’s a mix of sweet and savory and here’s a little breakdown…
One of my favorite things that I made were these tiny Snickerdoodle Apple Pie cups. All I did was take snickerdoodle cookie dough, make it as directed, and bake it in a mini muffin pan. When I removed them from the oven, I used the back of a wooden spoon to make indentations in each one. Once they cooled, I filled them with apple pie filling and topped them with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar.
Next up is an Apple Harvest Salad with Champagne Honey Vinaigrette. I loved this as a side salad but it could also work as a main dish. The video is at the end of the post and the recipe is after the photo.

I also served sliced apples with caramel dip, and it would be fun to even add a few toppings like chopped nuts or sprinkles.
I am such a huge fan of puff pastry shell dishes and I really don’t make them enough. These are filled with a Chicken Apple Sausage Mixture that’s delicious AND super simple. The video is at the end of the post and the recipe is after the photos.

I rounded out the board with apple chips and stroopwaffles, so there was a little something for everyone! I have a few more boards coming because I think they are SO SO fun to make.
