This dip is so delicious and right on time for Cinco de Mayo. I adapted it from a recipe that I had found to make it a little more user-friendly and creamier. It would most definitely be amazing for parties or Taco Tuesday!
Taco Dip
Easy and delicious taco dip that’s perfect for Cinco de Mayo or Taco Tuesday!
Ingredients

- 2– 8oz blocks of cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/4 c pickled jalapeños, finely chopped
- Juice of one lime
- 3 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Kosher salt
- 1 c shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 c tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 white onion, finely chopped
- 2 c shredded lettuce
- Tortilla chips and taco sauce for serving
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Once smooth, stir in the sour cream, jalapeños, lime juice, taco seasoning, salt to taste and garlic powder.
Spread into a 13 x 9 pan and top with cheese, tomatoes, and onions. **If you are eating it right away add the lettuce first. If you are eating it little by little, I would serve the lettuce on the side.
Serve with chips and any condiments you’d like!
