A sweet no-bake treat made with the new Strawberry Toast Crunch for the perfect berry-cinnamon crunch!
There are so many limited-edition cereals out right now, and while some were total misses, Strawberry Toast Crunch was definitely a win! Naturally, I had to turn it into marshmallow treats, and let me tell you—these Strawberry Toast Crunch Bars did not disappoint. I mixed in freeze-dried strawberries for an extra punch of fresh berry flavor (totally optional, but highly recommended!). I wasn’t sure if the cinnamon and strawberry combo would work, but I ended up loving it. Add in the gooey vanilla marshmallows, and it was an instant hit! 🍓✨

I am a HUGE cereal fan. I could eat it for every single meal—whether it’s a super healthy bowl, a marshmallow-filled classic, or a total throwback. I love Cinnamon Toast Crunch and all its spin-off flavors, but I’ll be honest… Strawberry Toast Crunch didn’t seem like it would be that great. The combo just felt a little odd.
I Was So Wrong!

Strawberry Toast Crunch Treats
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp salted butter
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Strawberry Toast Crunch
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp crushed freeze dried strawberries, pulsed into tiny pieces
- Pink chocolate for drizzle
Instructions
- Spray a 9″ square dish with cooking spray and line with two pieces of parchment paper criss-crossed. (So that the paper hangs over all 4 sides. It’ll make it easier to pull out.)
- In a large pot, melt the butter and marshmallows over medium low heat. Be sure to stir often so that it doesn’t burn.
- Once it’s melted, remove the pot from the heat and add in the 6 cups of Strawberry Toast Crunch. Mix it until it’s completely coated, then stir in the white chocolate chips and dried strawberries. If they melt a little bit it’s totally fine and expected!
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish. Using a spoon sprayed with cooking spray OR my personal favorite- a fondant smoother sprayed with cooking spray, lightly flatten the mixture into the pan.
- Top with pink chocolate drizzle.
- Cut it into bars and enjoy!
