I love love love making sprinkle cookies, and these were a really fun theme. They’re really simple to make, but add a bit of extra fun to the design. I’ve got a few more coming soon too!
Melt the white melting wafers according to the package directions.
Stir in the nonpareils, adding about 1 tablespoon at a time until the chocolate is colorful and packed with sprinkles while still remaining easy to pour.
Fill each mold cavity about halfway with the melted chocolate.
Press one cookie into each cavity, then cover with more melted chocolate until the mold is full. Gently tap the mold on the counter to release any air bubbles. If a cookie floats up, lightly press it back into place with a butter knife.
Refrigerate until completely set, then carefully remove the cookies from the mold. They should release fairly easily. If they don’t, set them back in the fridge for another half hour.
Use a small dab of melted chocolate to attach a sugar shark to the front of each cookie. Let the chocolate harden completely before serving. Store at room temperature and enjoy!
