These tasty little brownies are perfect for summer, and such a fun semi-homemade treat. I used Sugarbowl Bakery brownie bites, topped them with graham cracker buttercream, and toasted marshmallows on top.
Graham cracker buttercream: 1 stick of butter 2 cups powdered sugar 1 1/2-2 tbsp heavy cream 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Makes 28–30 brownie bites
Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat the butter until smooth. Add in half of the powdered sugar and mix. Add in the rest of the sugar, heavy cream, vanilla, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until combined.
Set the brownies on a flat surface. Place the frosting into a piping bag with a round tip. Pipe a dollop of frosting onto each brownie. Add 3-4 marshmallows to the top of the frosting.
Torch the marshmallows until they’re lightly toasted. Be sure not to melt the buttercream. Transfer to a plate and serve.
This were the best. So easy and they came out perfect. Thanks for sharing.
