Mini cookie skillets are the perfect portion size! Each skillet has an Oreo cookie base, made with the break n bake Oreo cookies. These minis are topped with adorable pink royal icing pumpkins, adding a touch of pink fall fun. Top them with your favorite ice cream, chocolate syrup, and pink glittery sugar!

Preheat the oven to 350. Place 1 1/2 blocks of dough into each skillet. If desired, press 3-4 pink pumpkins into each.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until cookies are set at the top. If you bake them too long they won’t be “gooey” inside.
Let cool for a few minutes then serve with ice cream and desired toppings.
The “Ready to Bake” Oreo cookies are a bit larger than other flavors of dough. You might need a bit more if you change the flavor.
