Mini cookie sundaes are a such a fun and unique holiday treat! I could eat ice cream year round, and it’s even better on top of a warm cookie. Each serving has a chocolate chip base and featuring Ready to Bake Christmas character cookies that add a festive touch to every bite. They’re such an amazing mix of warm and gooey freshly baked cookies and creamy vanilla ice cream. I drizzled mine with rich chocolate syrup and holiday sprinkles, but add your favorite toppings! Get creative and taste test a bunch of different add-ons during a Christmas movie marathon.
