Halloween Marshmallow Cereal Treats

Get ready because the too-cute-to-spook season is almost here! I teamed up with a talented friend who designed the adorable party invitations below, and I created the matching recipes to go with them. First up are these Halloween Marshmallow Cereal Treats, and I truly think they’re the best cereal treats you’ll ever make.
These Golden Grahams marshmallow cereal treats get a fall twist with a touch of pumpkin pie spice. Toss in plenty of white chocolate chips and Halloween sprinkles, and you might just find yourself reaching for these instead of the candy bowl.

- 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 (10-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
Instructions
- Spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat. Stir in the mini marshmallows until smooth, then mix in the pumpkin pie spice.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the Golden Grahams until evenly coated. Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes, then fold in the remaining mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and Halloween sprinkles.
- Press the mixture gently into the prepared pan, being careful not to pack it too firmly. Top with a few extra sprinkles and lightly press them into the surface.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Tip: If the mixture is still very hot, let it cool another minute before adding the white chocolate chips so they stay in little pockets instead of melting completely.
