Halloween Marshmallow Cereal Treats

  • 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1 (10-ounce) bag mini marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat. Stir in the mini marshmallows until smooth, then mix in the pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the Golden Grahams until evenly coated. Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes, then fold in the remaining mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and Halloween sprinkles.
  4. Press the mixture gently into the prepared pan, being careful not to pack it too firmly. Top with a few extra sprinkles and lightly press them into the surface.
  5. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
  6. Tip: If the mixture is still very hot, let it cool another minute before adding the white chocolate chips so they stay in little pockets instead of melting completely.
