This year, I am going to be making a whole series of videos and recipes with “6 Ingredients or Less.” I came up with Buffalo Chicken Pizza first because we needed a quick dinner idea. It totally tasted like a buffalo chicken wing + pizza combo, and it got eaten super fast! It’s so nice to have recipes that you can make at home quickly without a ton of effort.
THE STORY: I rarely have the desire to spend a lot of time cooking. I used to think “oh I just don’t have enough time,” but then 2020 happened and I had time. Still didn’t cook. I noticed that when it’s simple, I’ll do it. If it has 52 steps, I’ll eat a yogurt. So, I decided to create a little series of fast ideas. This pizza was so popular. I didn’t even have enough to take a photo the next day. Everyone stole it, so I quickly sort of reheated a couple of slices for the pic above 😳
TIPS: If you’re using a pizza stone, make sure that it’s hot before you put the pizza on it. That way the bottom/crust will be crispy.
SPRINKLE OF CREATIVITY: I wasn’t a buffalo sauce fan in the past, but it’s most definitely grown on me. If you don’t like it, just change it to BBQ sauce for a BBQ Chicken Pizza. You can also swap the red onions for any other vegetables or toppings.Print
