Ingredients

Scale
  1. Store-bought pizza dough from the grocery store bakery (mine was pre-rolled)
  2. 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  3. 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  4. 1 1/4 cups mozzarella cheese
  5. 1/4 cup sliced onion- or more or less depending on your taste
  6. Ranch or blue cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. If you’re using a pizza stone, be sure to put it in the oven to get it hot first. If not use a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Remove the dough from the packaging and place it onto a cutting board lined with parchment paper or a pan. Be sure to roll it to about 14″ if you’re not using pre-rolled dough.
  • In a bowl, toss the chicken and buffalo sauce. Spread it onto the pizza, leaving room for the crust.
  • Top it with the cheese and then the red onions.
  • Place it onto the pan or move it onto the pizza stone using the parchment paper/cutting board.
  • Bake it for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese.
