These are a super easy alternative to birthday cake OR a fun and delicious treat to make for no reason 😉 All you need is brownie mix, birthday cake cookie dough, and rainbow sprinkles.
Birthday Cake Brookies
Ingredients
- Brownie mix + the ingredients listed on the box
- Birthday Cake cookie dough
- Rainbow sprinkles- I use these
Instructions
- Make the brownies according to the package directions and stir in an extra 1/2 cup of rainbow sprinkles.
- Pour into a greased 9″ square pan
- Place the birthday cake cookie dough on top of the brownie batter, lightly pushing down
- Bake them according to the package but NOTE that mine bake longer, usually 5-10 minutes
- Serve warm or let them cool completely. For a chewier brookie, place them in the fridge for a few hours.
