Banana Split Granola Bars

These granola bars are filled with mini chocolate chips, banana bites, and rainbow sprinkles. They make the perfect sweet and tasty treat!

Ingredients

Scale

3 c quick cooking oats
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 c choc chips
1 c chopped nuts (I used pecans)
1/2 c rainbow sprinkles
1/3 c chopped dried bananas
Optional- melted chocolate for drizzle.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray the granola bar molds with cooking spray.
  2. Mix everything in a bowl until well blended. Scoop mixture into mold cavities and press until it’s completely filled to the top.
  3. Bake for 20-25 min. Cool completely. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
  4. If you only have one granola bar mold, spread the rest onto a sheet pan and bake it…use it as regular granola!
