The easiest dessert with a special Cookie Monster-inspired touch. This icebox cake is filled with Oreos, chocolate chip cookies, whipped topping, chocolate pudding, and it’s topped with mini chocolate chips and sprinkles. Anyone can make this, and it’s always a hit.

16 Oreos- I used the new Blackout Cake version but any flavor works
Milk for dipping
16 Chips Ahoy cookies
1 tub whipped topping
Blue food coloring
1 box of instant chocolate pudding + the ingredients listed on the box
Chocolate sprinkles and mini chocolate chips for the topping, optional
Instructions
Prepare the chocolate pudding as directed on the box and set aside.
Take out an 8″ square pan and place it next to a shallow bowl of milk. Dip each Oreo in milk and place it in a single layer at the bottom of the dish.
Top the Oreos with half of the pudding mixture. Spread until even.
In a small bowl, mix the whipped topping with a few drops of blue food coloring. Add half of the whipped topping over the pudding layer, spreading smooth.
Dip each Chips Ahoy cookie into milk and place them on top of the whipped cream. Repeat the pudding and whipped topping layers again .
Top with mini chocolate chips and chocolate sprinkles.
Refrigerate overnight or at least 4-6 hours. Then, serve!
