These brownies are my all-time favorite, made semi-DIY by using a box mix! What makes them truly amazing is the cookie element – they’re stuffed with hot cocoa-flavored Oreos that are one of the best flavors they have. They’re generously topped with smooth milk chocolate and sprinkled with mini marshmallows, creating the most satisfying dessert ever!
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 9″ square pan with baking spray. I also line mine with parchment paper so that it’s easy to lift the brownies out.
Make the brownies according to the package directions and then spread into the pan. Press 16 Oreos into the batter. Bake according to the package instructions. Mine baked for 45 minutes. Use a toothpick to make sure that they are done.
Let them cool slightly and then pour the melted chocolate on top. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top and let them set.
You can move them to the fridge to make it faster, just be sure to serve them at room temperature. The chocolate will be too hard if you serve them cold.
