Ingredients

Scale 1x2x3x

• 6 cups of Wednesday cereal
• 1/2 stick (4 tbsp) salted butter
• 1– 10 oz bag mini marshmallows
• 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Milk or dark chocolate for drizzle (I love Ghirardelli melts)
• Mini white chocolate ghosts- I used a silicone ghost mold and Ghirardelli white melts

Instructions

1. Spray a 13 x 9 dish with non stick cooking spray and set it aside.
2. In a large pot, melt the butter and marshmallows over medium low heat, stirring frequently. Once it’s completely melted, stir in the fluff and vanilla extra until smooth.
3. Fold in the cereal until it’s totally coated. Pour the cereal mixture into the prepared dish and flatten it gently with the back of a spoon. I usually use a fondant smoother and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Let the treats set for about an hour or until cool.
4. Cut the treats into squares or rectangles and drizzle with chocolate. Top with a mini ghost if desired. To “glue” them into the treats just use a little bit of the melted chocolate and spread it onto the back of the ghost.
5. ***NOTE the mini ghosts have to be made ahead of time if you’re using them. Melt the white chocolate and pour it into the ghost mold. Make as many as needed. Tap the mold to remove any air bubbles. Let the mold sit in the fridge for about an hour. Demold the mini ghosts as the marshmallow treats are setting.

If you’re a fan of Wednesday on Netflix and have a sweet tooth, then you’re going to love these spooky cereal treats! Made with Kellogg’s Wednesday cookies and crème cereal, these treats are the perfect blend of crunchy, gooey, and chocolatey. Whether you’re binge-watching your favorite episodes or just want a fun snack to make this Halloween , this recipe is both super easy and dangerously delicious.

To get started, you’ll need to melt some butter and mini marshmallows in a big pot over medium heat. Once it’s all melted down and looking perfectly gooey, stir in some marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract to really amp up that flavor. The next step? Folding in the Wednesday cereal until it’s all coated in marshmallow goodness. Trust me, this part smells amazing!

After you’ve spread the mixture into a greased dish and let it set, it’s time to get a little fancy. Drizzle some melted chocolate over the top for that extra indulgence—dark or milk chocolate works great here, but I personally love using Ghirardelli melts for that smooth, professional finish. If you’re feeling extra creative (and FUN), top your treats with mini white chocolate ghosts! I made mine using a ghost-shaped silicone mold and Ghirardelli white melts, which gives them an adorable, eerie, Addams Family touch.

These Wednesday-themed treats are super customizable, so feel free to add your own spooky touch. They’re perfect for a Halloween party, movie night, or just a fun kitchen project with kids or friends. Just be warned: they disappear faster than you think, so make sure to grab one (or two!) before they’re all gone!
