Looking for a spooky, sweet treat that’s both fun and a healthier option? These Lower Sugar Spider Web Strawberries are the perfect choice! The recipe uses Lily’s dark chocolate chips, which are lower in sugar but still give you that rich, indulgent chocolate flavor. Dipping fresh strawberries in dark chocolate makes this treat feel light yet satisfying—ideal for anyone wanting to enjoy a Halloween dessert without the sugar overload.
The fun really starts when you pipe little spider webs on top using Lily’s white chocolate chips. Like the dark chocolate, these chips are lower in sugar, making them a great option for adding sweetness. Decorating each strawberry is a fun project you can enjoy with kids or on your own to get creative. And if you want a bit of sparkle, go ahead and dust them with edible glitter—just for a little extra fun.

Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the dark chocolate in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring after each one.
One by one, dip each strawberry into the dark chocolate covering it about 3/4 of the way. Shake off any excess chocolate and place it onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the strawberries then refrigerate them for a half hour.
When ready, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals stirring after each. It may be ready after just 30 seconds depending on your microwave.
Transfer the chocolate to the bottle. Pipe a spider web onto each strawberry (see design below). Place them back in the fridge for 30 more minutes to set.
If desired, spray with edible glitter dust and serve.
