- Cadbury Mini Eggs
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pastel sprinkles + extra for topping
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat until golden brown and nutty. Try to use a light-colored saucepan so you can see the color change.
- Once melted, it’ll start to foam—stir or swirl the pan gently.
- You’ll see golden bits form at the bottom (those are the toasty milk solids!) and smell a nutty, caramel scent—this means it’s browned.
- As soon as it turns amber with little brown flecks, turn the heat to low immediately to avoid burning.
