These were one of my favorites because I am always a fan of the Pillsbury character cookies. They are simple and pretty much impossible to mess up. The Golden Snitch design turned out really well after baking, and I liked that the shape was super recognizable. They are classic sweet sugar cookies, so the Harry Potter theme is really the main attraction here.
I also like that you can do more with them than just put them on a plate. They would be cute on brookies, cupcakes or as part of a themed dessert board. I used mine on vanilla ice cream sundaes with butterscotch topping, which was such an easy Harry Potter dessert.

This was probably the product I was most curious about because silicone molds are something I love to work with.
The mixture itself was more like a chocolate dough than a traditional soft truffle filling. I found it a little difficult to press into the mold neatly, and the texture was definitely different from what I expected. It was dough-y, but sort of clay-like.
The frog mold was still really cute, and I liked the idea behind the kit, but this ended up being my least favorite product. The finished frogs looked cute, but I preferred the flavor and texture of some of the other treats. The molds would be great with chocolate though.

These made me totally ready for fall. They smelled SO GOOD. The pumpkin cake mix had that warm pumpkin flavor I was hoping for (even though I tested them during summer.) I also loved the Hogwarts House cupcake liners because they make them feel much more themed.
The cream cheese-flavored frosting was easy to use and paired really well with the pumpkin cake. My only complaint is that I wish the kit came with a little more frosting. I like a generous amount on cupcakes, and I definitely could have used extra.
Flavor-wise, though, these were one of the strongest products in the collection.

I really liked that this kit came with the pans because it made the whole thing feel more complete and way faster to make.
The cake itself was rich and chocolatey, and the frosting tasted similar to a traditional store-bought chocolate frosting. Nothing too unexpected flavor-wise, but still good.
The best part for me was probably the themed toppers. They make the cakes look much more fun without needing piping bags or fondant. These would be especially fun for a Harry Potter movie night or birthday party.

These were simple, but I thought they were really cute. The shapes were spot on, which is key, when the whole point is the Harry Potter theme. The flavors were fruit punch, blue raspberry, dragon fruit, green apple, lemonade and strawberry punch, so there is a nice mix in every pouch.
The whole combination was tasty, and I can absolutely see kids loving these. They would also be easy to toss into lunchboxes or use as a little extra treat during a Harry Potter movie marathon. Maybe even a fancy addition to Halloween candy.
Overall, I thought this was a really fun Harry Potter collection, especially for fall. If you are a Harry Potter fan or have one in your house, this is a really fun lineup to pick up.
Chocolate sprinkle cookies are the base for mini ice cream sundaes with all the fun toppings.
