Why You’ll Love This Recipe

• Quick and easy breakfast idea
• Perfect for busy weekday mornings
• Fun handheld bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits
• Kid friendly and great for meal prep
• Warm, cheesy, and satisfying in every bite

Ingredient Notes

• Biscuits: Pillsbury Grands give the best lift and soft texture. You can use butter or flaky layers depending on what you like.
• Eggs: Scramble them until just set so they stay fluffy inside the biscuit. A little salt and pepper is plenty.
• Bacon: Cook until crispy for better texture and crumble into small pieces so every bite gets some bacon.
• Cheddar Cheese: Sharp cheddar gives a great flavor punch, but mild or a blend works too.
• Butter: Brushed on top for a golden finish and a little extra flavor.

Before You Bake

Do I need to seal the biscuits tightly?
Yes. Pinch the seams well so the filling doesn’t leak out during baking. If needed, flip them seam side down to help them hold shape.

Can I make these ahead?
Absolutely. Assemble them the night before, cover, and refrigerate. Bake fresh in the morning so the biscuits stay fluffy.

Should I use cooked bacon?
Yes. Bacon must be fully cooked before going inside the dough since the baking time is short.
