Mini Ice Cream Cakes
Easy mini ice cream cakes that can be customized for any flavor! I used chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, fudge, and mini Chips Ahoy!
Ingredients
- Mini Keebler graham cracker crusts (as many as you’d like to make)
- Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream
- Fudge topping
- Whipping topping
- Mini Chips Ahoy Cookies
Instructions
- Let the ice cream sit out until it’s melty not melted.
- Remove the mini crusts from the package.
- Scoop ice cream into each crust so that it’s flush with the top.
- Refreeze them until set.
- When serving, top with fudge, whipped topping, and a cookie.
