Easy mini ice cream cakes that can be customized for any flavor! I used chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, fudge, and mini Chips Ahoy!

Ingredients

  • Mini Keebler graham cracker crusts (as many as you’d like to make)
  • Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream
  • Fudge topping
  • Whipping topping
  • Mini Chips Ahoy Cookies

Instructions

  1. Let the ice cream sit out until it’s melty not melted.
  2. Remove the mini crusts from the package.
  3. Scoop ice cream into each crust so that it’s flush with the top.
  4. Refreeze them until set.
  5. When serving, top with fudge, whipped topping, and a cookie.
