Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (12-count) slider buns
  • 1 package frozen Italian-style beef meatballs, thawed and thinly sliced
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce, plus more for dipping
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 3035 pepperoni slices
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Keeping the rolls connected, slice them in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish and set the tops aside.
  3. Arrange the sliced meatballs evenly over the rolls. Spoon the pizza sauce over the meatballs, then sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella.
  4. Layer the pepperoni over the cheese and top with the remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake uncovered for 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the filling is hot.
  6. Meanwhile, stir together the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Place the tops of the rolls over the filling and generously brush them with the garlic butter.
  8. Return the sliders to the oven and bake for another 5–7 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
  9. Sprinkle the warm sliders with Parmesan cheese. Slice into individual sliders and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
