Meal Prep Egg Cups

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 c shredded cheese of your choice
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray cupcake pans with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, beat 12 eggs. Pour in a half cup of milk and whisk together.
  3. Add the pepper, salt, and garlic powder then mix.
  4. Stir in the cheese, sausage, and bacon until mixed through.
  5. Using 1/4 cup measuring cup, fill 16 cups about 2/3 of the way full.
  6. Bake 18-20 minutes at 350.
  7. Once slightly cooled, remove the egg cups from the pan and eat right away or refrigerate for meal prep.
