This cornbread is loaded with flavor! I doctored a Dolly Parton cornbread mix with a few extra ingredients, and it was most certainly a crowd pleaser.

Loaded Cornbread
- 1 box of Dolly Parton’s Sweet Cornbread mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c Mexican cheese, shredded
- 1 can of Mexican or Fiesta corn, drained
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- In a medium bowl, mix the first 4 ingredients. Fold in each additional ingredient, one at a time.
- Pour into a greased 9″ pan and bake as directed on the package.
