Hey! I'm Taryn. Welcome to our blog. I cant wait to help you sprinkle a little fun into your kitchen.
Welcome!
This month we were lucky enough to spend the weekend at the Yacht Club at Walt Disney World. The trip was incredible and these are only 1/100th of the photos that I have! Undercover Tourist was kind enough to host our stay, and we are super grateful. They have discounts for hotels and tickets on their website, so please check them out. And it’s for all parks, not just Disney!
We arrived at the hotel Friday night and checked into our room. It was gorgeous with an amazing view of the tennis courts. We checked out the pool, gift shop, and restaurants on site. Later that night we stopped for a snack at one of the quick service concepts. The mac n cheese and hot dog were so surprisingly delicious. We also got a chance to check out the resort merchandise, and OF COURSE I had to try a dessert. The signature milkshake had a vanilla base, sprinkles on the rim, a chocolate Mickey, and a cupcake on top.
When you stay at the resorts, you can get into the parks a half hour earlier! We decided to go to Hollywood Studios. We tried their savory churros which I thought would be strange, but turned out to be fantastic. Most of the morning was dedicated to the Star Wars land and riding Rise of the Resistance.
After that we got to meet Ariel and ended the morning with Tower of Terror!
We spent the rest of the day at the pool since the weather was perfect. At night we walked to the Boardwalk, ate at the Italian Restaurant, and stopped by the bakery and gift shop. The new Mickey cinnamon cookie is on my “to-try” list.
Stay tuned for tons of videos on my social media! And don’t forget to pay Undercover Tourist a visit if you’re coming to Orlando 🙂
