I’ve been seeing Toy Story food everywhere lately, so of course I had to do a taste test. Between Papa Johns and Magic Kingdom, there are so many fun, new themed treats that I decided to make it my mission to try as many as I could. Some were exactly what I expected, a couple surprised me, and one pizza immediately became my favorite.
First off, every personal pizza comes in its own Toy Story collectible box, which made these feel a lot more fun than grabbing a regular pizza.
This was the winner for me. It had BBQ sauce, chicken, onions…everything just worked. Every bite had a little bit of all the toppings, and it’s hard to stop at once slice. If I only ordered one again, this would be it.

Each pizza came with the Rootin’ Tootin’ Ranch. This wasn’t your typical thick ranch dressing. It was lighter and smoother, almost like a creamy sauce instead. I actually liked it better than regular ranch, especially with the Reach for the Pie pizza.

This is basically your classic pepperoni pizza. Nothing crazy or over the top, but if you love pepperoni pizza, you’ll be happy. It was cheesy, loaded with pepperoni, and exactly what I expected.

This ain’t just any personal pizza, it’s got Italian sausage, banana peppers, cheese and pizza sauce on original crust.
I don’t know if kids will be reaching for this one first because of the banana peppers, but I was. The sausage and banana peppers were so good together. The peppers added just enough zip without taking over the whole pizza. I also thought this one was the best excuse to keep dipping everything in the special ranch.

Not feeling one of the specialty pizzas? You can also build your own with up to three toppings. It comes in the same collectible Toy Story 5 box with a side of Rootin’ Tootin’ Ranch.

Now for my favorite part…dessert.

This was SO good. It’s lime DOLE Whip, vanilla soft serve, Sprite, green apple pearls, sprinkles, and a little chocolate decoration, and it all just works.
I’d never had lime DOLE Whip before, but now I totally get the hype. It was super refreshing, especially mixed with the vanilla and Sprite. The green apple pearls at the bottom made it even more fun because you kept finding little pops of apple flavor while you drank it.
The only warning is that this thing melts FAST. I’m talking ice cream running down the side of the cup within a couple minutes.
The kids loved this one, and honestly I’d order it again in a heartbeat.

This one actually really surprised me. I expected it to be cute, but I didn’t expect it to be one of my favorite shakes I’ve had at Disney.
The marshmallow whipped cream was incredible with the vanilla shake, and the cherry coating added the perfect touch of flavor. The purple topping looked awesome too, although I will warn you…if you’re giving this to a little kid, prepare for a very purple face afterward.
Everyone who tried it loved it.

If you’re only trying a few of these, here’s where I’d start.
The Sheriff’s Roundup pizza was easily my favorite from Papa Johns.
The Space Ranger Float is perfect if you’re walking around Magic Kingdom on a hot day.
And the Zurg Overload Shake? I’d go back just for that.
I love when themed food is actually good instead of just looking cute. If Toy Story is your thing, these are worth adding to your foodie bucket list before they’re gone.
