Haunted Wedding Brownie Bites

For my latest Treat and a Movie night, I made these Haunted Wedding Brownie Bites to go with the Hallmark movie Haunted Wedding. They’re super quick to put together and you can easily customize them however you like! I used store-bought brownie bites and some Halloween Funfetti frosting in orange and black for that perfect spooky vibe. The colors really pop and give the treats that spooky season touch. To take them up a notch, I added a hint of edible glitter dust—because what’s a haunted wedding without a little sparkle? Finally, I topped them with these amazing edible black and purple roses for a cute but eerie finish, thanks to a friend who’s all about royal icing decorations. These brownies are a fun and easy treat for a cozy Halloween movie night!

Ingredients

Scale 1x2x3x

• 1 package of brownie bites, any variety
• Funfetti Halloween frosting- Orange and Black
• Edible Glitter Dust
• Purple and Black edible roses found here

Equipment

• Piping bags
• Open round tips

Cook Mode Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

1. Unwrap the desired amount of brownie bites and place them on a flat tray or plate.
2. Fit two piping bags with open round tips. Fill one bag with the orange frosting and one with the black.
3. Pipe the frosting in the center of each brownie. Rather than piping a swirl, just pipe directly onto the brownie. Once there is enough frosting lift the piping bag away from the brownie and stop piping. a
4. Repeat with the rest of the brownies, alternating colors.
5. After you’ve finished, spray each brownie lightly with glitter dust. Top the orange frosted brownies with a black roses and the black frosted brownies with a purple rose. Serve right away!

I grabbed a pack of brownie bites, some Funfetti Halloween frosting in orange and black, and got creative. The frosting adds such a fun pop of color. Funfetti has the most vibrant holiday shades so I knew they’d be perfect for this. 

Of course, I had to add some edible glitter dust for that extra sparkle—it’s a must when you’re making treats for a haunted wedding, right? I used silver glitter, but white would be just as spooky. It really ties in that ghostly, glamorous feel. Then, for the final spooky touch, I topped the brownies with edible black and purple roses, which gave them this super cute yet eerie look. My friend has gotten into royal icing garnishes and I am obsessed! 

Needless to say, these Haunted Wedding Brownie Bites were a hit! They’re perfect for a laid-back movie night, especially if you’re watching something as cozy as Hallmark Halloween. Plus, they’re so easy to throw together—you’ll be back on the couch with your treats in no time!
