Easy Garlic Cheese Bread Loaf

  • 1 can Pillsbury French Bread Dough
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp of fresh minced garlic
  • 1/3 c shredded mozzarella


  1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with foil. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. Remove the dough from the can and put it seam side down on the foil.
  2. Using a sharp knife cut 1/2″ deep slashes about 1″ apart throughout the top of the loaf.
  3. Mix the butter and garlic in a small bowl and then brush it on top of the dough.
  4. Fill each slash with the shredded mozarella.
  5. Bake for 22-25 minutes or until lightly golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
