Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with foil. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. Remove the dough from the can and put it seam side down on the foil.
Using a sharp knife cut 1/2″ deep slashes about 1″ apart throughout the top of the loaf.
Mix the butter and garlic in a small bowl and then brush it on top of the dough.
Fill each slash with the shredded mozarella.
Bake for 22-25 minutes or until lightly golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
