Cookie Butter Loaf Cakes
There are very few things that I URGE you to try, but this frosting is one of them. It’s cookie butter cream cheese frosting and it’s one of the top 5 flavors that I’ve ever had. It’s the perfect mix of sweet and tart with the added bonus of Biscoff flavor! These cakes were made for the Taylor Swift Eras Dessert Series and the theme is Evermore.
Cookie Butter Loaf Cakes
Ingredients

CAKE:
- Butter pecan, yellow cake mix, or white cake mix + the ingredients listed on the box
- Mini loaf pans
FROSTING
- 1 block of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 stick of salted butter
- 4 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cookie butter
- 1 tbsp heavy cream, only if needed
SPRINKLES- Evermore theme from Sprinkle Pop
Instructions
CAKE
- Prepare the cakes in mini loaf pans and bake as directed on the box (I usually start with the cupcake time and watch it). Let them cool completely then add the frosting below.
FROSTING:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Add in the butter and beat until fully combined and smooth. Mix in half of the powdered sugar. Then mix in the rest of the sugar, cookie butter, and vanilla. Add the heavy cream if needed.

Hi! Cookie butter is biscoff spread and you can find it next to the peanut butter 🙂 The pans are from TJ Maxx but they also have similar ones on Amazon.
