Store-bought pizza dough from the grocery store bakery (mine was pre-rolled)
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 1/4 cups mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced onion- or more or less depending on your taste
Ranch or blue cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. If you’re using a pizza stone, be sure to put it in the oven to get it hot first. If not use a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Remove the dough from the packaging and place it onto a cutting board lined with parchment paper or a pan. Be sure to roll it to about 14″ if you’re not using pre-rolled dough.
In a bowl, toss the chicken and buffalo sauce. Spread it onto the pizza, leaving room for the crust.
Top it with the cheese and then the red onions.
Place it onto the pan or move it onto the pizza stone using the parchment paper/cutting board.
Bake it for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese.
