Semi-homemade ice cream cups that are a mix of store bought chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and homemade brookies! They’re really fun to customize and the stickers are made using a free download.
Brookie Sundaes

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8 or 9″ square pan with baking spray.
- Make the brownie mix according to the package and spread into an even layer in the pan.
- Top with squares of cookie dough, staggering them over the batter.
- Bake according to the package and let cool. Mine baked at the longest suggested time.
- Chop the brookies into bite-sized pieces.
- In each container, layer a couple scoops of ice cream and then brookies. Top with more ice cream and chocolate chips. Freeze until ready to serve.
- If desired, label each container with a brookies sticker.
