She’s a Lemon Summer Girl

I’m so excited to kick off a brand-new series I’ve been dreaming up. Think of each post as its own little themed world, inspired by a mood board you’d want to step right into for the season. I’m planning to share a new one every month, maybe even more when inspiration hits.

First up: She’s a Lemon Summer Girl.
This one is for the lemon lovers. It leans into bright, citrusy energy and that fresh, sunny feel that only lemon can bring. If you’re drawn to anything yellow, light, and uplifting, this one is made for you.

I’ve rounded up a mix of ideas and finds that fit the theme perfectly, and every single one is worth adding to your list.

I love yellow, but I realized I haven’t actually bought anything bright and lemony in a while. I picked up this shirt, and I’m completely obsessed. It just feels so happy, and the theme makes it even better. It’s Belle’s Book Shop, inspired by Beauty and the Beast, with “est. 1991” as a nod to the movie.

The color is the perfect soft lemon shade, and it pairs so well with these lemon headbands. They come in black and yellow and are covered in little lemons. Such an easy way to style your hair, and they add that fun, trendy touch that pulls everything together.

Now for the makeup. Finding yellow shades was harder than I expected, but I finally found this palette on Amazon and it was exactly what I was looking for. It has a mix of yellow tones, so you can go soft and subtle or build it up for a statement.

It adds the prettiest pop of color to your eye look, and the glitter shades bring in just enough sparkle to make it feel fun and summery.

My daughter surprised me with this lip gloss on a little shopping trip, and it could not be more perfect. It’s a soft, glossy pink, and it actually smells like lemon, which makes it even more fun.

I clipped it onto my purse so it’s always with me for quick touch-ups all summer long.

Another piece I love is this Limoncello t-shirt (this was before my haircut in the photo!). It’s light, easy, and perfect for the season.

It has that relaxed summer feel, like something you’d throw on for a boat day with a spritzer in hand or a walk along the dock with a little breeze coming through.

Also in the photo are my new favorite sneakers. They’re like yellow Converse with a floral pattern, and they are so cute and comfortable.

This might be my favorite find out of everything. I already know I’ll be wearing them nonstop over the next few months.

I had to grab my daughter a little lemon lover’s surprise too. She’s fully on board with this whole lemon girl summer, and it made it even more fun.

She picked out a lemon-shaped purse and absolutely loves it. It’s the perfect small size that feels cute and trendy, the yellow is super bright, and the gold chain strap adds such a pretty little detail.
