3 Sweet Picks: Surprising Cereal, Movie Magic, and a Neverland Must-Read!

Welcome back to 3 Sweet Picks! This week’s lineup is a mix of fun food, a movie re-watch, and a book I couldn’t put down. Let’s get into it!

1. Friends Vanilla Bean Latte Cereal

If you love Friends (the show and actual friends), this Friends Vanilla Bean Latte Cereal is a must-try! I had such low expectations but wow I loved it! It’s got crunchy flakes with a sweet vanilla latte flavor, and honestly, it’s like breakfast meets a coffee shop. Perfect for a weekend morning or a late-night snack while rewatching The One Where Ross Gets a Tan.

2. Now You See Me – The First Movie!

I finally rewatched Now You See Me, and I forgot how good this movie is! The third one is coming out this year, so I wanted my daughter to see the first two beforehand. It’s all about a group of illusionists who pull off insane heists during their performances, keeping the audience (and the FBI/Mark Ruffo) totally clueless. It’s fast-paced and keeps you guessing the whole time. Plus I just LOVE the cast. 

3. The Lost Ones (Disney’s Dark Ascension Series, Book Two)

This is the second book that I’ve read in Disney’s Dark Ascension series, and wow. These books are more realistic and darker than usual Disney-twist stories. I’m deep into The Lost Ones, which is the second book in. It’s about a young Captain Hook and his twin sister, Marlene, as they first experience the magic (and darkness) of Never Land. It’s adventurous, a little eerie, and gives a whole new spin on the classic story. If you’re into fantasy with a dark twist, add this to your bookshelf!
