My favorite cookie skillet got an upgrade! I love these skillets and I love Oreos, so this is a match made in heaven. All you need are two store-bought cookie dough flavors, a large skillet, and your favorite toppings. Gather your friends or family around for a weekend party, and you’ve got the best shareable treat!
I would absolutely love to test this out with a Reese’s Peanut Butter twist. If you’re feeling adventurous, change the Oreo cookie dough to Reese’s cookie dough and Oreo topping for Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. I used brownie chunk ice cream, but a peanut butter fudge swirl flavor would be incredible.
If you don’t have a skillet you can always bake the cookie dough in a pizza pan/large circular pan and then add the toppings.
Oreos also make a wonderful seasonal flavor. Switch the toppings to peppermint Oreos and crushed candy canes for winter! Or add a mocha syrup and ice cream and Java Chip Oreos for a coffee house flavor.

1 (16.5 oz) tube of chocolate chip cookie dough, refrigerated brought to room temperature
1 package of Oreo cookie dough, refrigerated brought to room temperature
8 Oreos, divided
Vanilla brownie chunk ice cream (or flavor of your choice)
Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 10” skillet with cooking spray.
Press the chocolate chip cookie dough into the bottom of the pan. Remove the 7-8 Oreo cookie dough discs from the package and evenly scatter them on top of the cookie dough.
Chop 4 Oreos into large pieces and press them into the cookie dough in between the Oreo dough.
Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly golden brown. It will appear ever so slightly underbaked in the center but the edges should be set.
Top with scoops of brownie ice cream, drizzle with chocolate syrup and add 4 more crushed Oreo cookies on top.
If you’d like to eat the cookie cold instead of warm, let it cool completely in the skillet and then add the ice cream and toppings.
