Turkey Burger Crunch Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 soft taco-size flour tortillas
  • 1/2 lb ground turkey, seasoned with salt and pepper
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/2 cup crunchy Cheetos or mini tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • Cooking spray or oil for toasting

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey with salt and pepper until browned and crumbly.
  2. Lay each tortilla flat. Place a slice of cheese in the center, then add a few spoonfuls of the seasoned turkey.
  3. Drizzle with ketchup and mayo, sprinkle over the crushed cheese puffs, and top with shredded lettuce.
  4. Fold the tortilla edges in to form a wrap shape (triangle or semi-wrap works well).
  5. Heat a skillet with a little oil or cooking spray and toast each wrap until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
  6. Slice in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
