Trick or Treat Teddy Pops

Ingredients

  • Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate
  • Kraft Jet-Puffed S’moremallows (the large flat marshmallows made for s’mores)
  • Ghirardelli White Melting Wafers
  • Halloween Nonpareils or Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Melt the milk chocolate according to the package directions. Pour it into the teddy bear mold, tap gently to release air bubbles, and refrigerate until fully set.
  2. Prepare six lollipop sticks and six S’moremallows. Insert one marshmallow onto each stick, pushing it about halfway through so it’s secure.
  3. Melt the white melting wafers as directed. Dip each marshmallow pop into the melted white chocolate, coating it completely. Let a small amount of chocolate drip down to the base of the stick so it anchors firmly.
  4. Set each coated pop on a parchment-lined baking sheet and immediately decorate with Halloween nonpareils. Chill until the coating hardens.
  5. Carefully pop the milk chocolate bears out of the mold. Use a small dab of melted white chocolate to “glue” one bear onto each marshmallow pop. Return to the fridge briefly to set.
  6. Once firm, serve the pops as a fun treat or wrap them individually in clear bags for adorable Halloween favors.
