Makes 34-36 cookies

  • 3/4 cup of salted butter, softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 bag (about 1 1/2 cups) Toasty Peanut M&M’s, lightly crushed
  • 1/2 cup crushed toffee pieces

Instructions

Makes 34-36 cookies
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add in the eggs one by one, mixing after each. Add in the vanilla and mix again.
  4. Fold in crushed M&M’s and toffee pieces.
  5. Using a 1 3/4″ cookie scoop (or something close to that measurement), add scoops of dough to the cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Cool on the sheets for 5 minutes and then move them to wire racks to cool completely.
  6. Repeat the baking process with the rest of the dough.
