Valentine’s Day just got a whole lot sweeter and more refreshing with this Sweetheart Strawberry Smoothie Bowl! I whipped mine up in a Ninja Creami, but a blender works just as well. It’s a dreamy blend of Valentine’s-themed fruits, creamy yogurt, and almond milk, decorated with festive, fun seasonal toppings. I can’t wait for you to give it a try—it’s love at first bite! ❤️

Topping Ideas:
I love love love smoothies, especially when they’re made with my Ninja Creami. I got mine a couple of years ago, but recently I’ve been getting more creative with it. It’s one of those machines that once you start experimenting, you get HOOKED! I decided to make one of my personal favorites, and with a few twists, I made it into a Sweetheart Strawberry Smoothie Bowl that’s perfect for Valentine’s Day.
To amp up the vanilla flavor, I used vanilla Greek yogurt and added a splash of vanilla extract. If you have vanilla bean paste, it’s a game-changer—definitely toss some in! The toppings really give it the Valentine’s Day touch: heart-shaped strawberries, coconut flakes (like a sprinkle of winter snow), and mini snowballs aka marshmallows.
No worries! This recipe is super versatile. Simply blend the ingredients until smooth and pour into a bowl. Pop it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to thicken slightly, then decorate with your favorite toppings.
Absolutely! If you don’t have a Ninja Creami, you can use a blender. Blend the ingredients until smooth, then pour the mixture into a bowl and pop it in the freezer for about 30 minutes to thicken before adding your toppings.
If you prefer a sweeter bowl, you can add a teaspoon more of stevia, honey, agave, or maple syrup to the base. Adjust to taste!
Yes! Feel free to substitute the vanilla Greek yogurt with a dairy-free alternative like coconut or almond yogurt for a plant-based version.
There are two ways:
Yes! You can blend the base ingredients and freeze them in your Ninja Creami pint 24 hours in advance. Once processed, enjoy immediately or refreeze for a firmer texture.
Get creative! Try adding granola, chia seeds, sliced bananas, melted chocolate, crushed nuts, or Valentine’s sprinkles for variety.
Of course! Swap out strawberries or raspberries for cherries, blueberries, or even dragon fruit for a hot pink twist.
If you have leftovers, transfer them to an airtight container and store in the freezer. Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before eating.
If you’ve tried fun recipes with your Ninja Creami, I’d love to hear about them! Drop your favorites in the comments or let me know if you’d like to see more themed Creami recipes. If you don’t have a Ninja Creami yet, this recipe might just be the one to inspire you!
