Strawberry Toast Crunch Treats

- 4 tbsp salted butter
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Strawberry Toast Crunch
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp crushed freeze dried strawberries, pulsed into tiny pieces
- Pink chocolate for drizzle
Instructions
- Spray a 9″ square dish with cooking spray and line with two pieces of parchment paper criss-crossed. (So that the paper hangs over all 4 sides. It’ll make it easier to pull out.)
- In a large pot, melt the butter and marshmallows over medium low heat. Be sure to stir often so that it doesn’t burn.
- Once it’s melted, remove the pot from the heat and add in the 6 cups of Strawberry Toast Crunch. Mix it until it’s completely coated, then stir in the white chocolate chips and dried strawberries. If they melt a little bit it’s totally fine and expected!
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish. Using a spoon sprayed with cooking spray OR my personal favorite- a fondant smoother sprayed with cooking spray, lightly flatten the mixture into the pan.
- Top with pink chocolate drizzle.
- Cut it into bars and enjoy!
