2 tbsp crushed freeze dried strawberries, pulsed into tiny pieces

Instructions
Spray a 9″ square dish with cooking spray and line with two pieces of parchment paper criss-crossed. (So that the paper hangs over all 4 sides. It’ll make it easier to pull out.)
In a large pot, melt the butter and marshmallows over medium low heat. Be sure to stir often so that it doesn’t burn.
Once it’s melted, remove the pot from the heat and add in the 6 cups of Strawberry Toast Crunch. Mix it until it’s completely coated, then stir in the white chocolate chips and dried strawberries. If they melt a little bit it’s totally fine and expected!
Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish. Using a spoon sprayed with cooking spray OR my personal favorite- a fondant smoother sprayed with cooking spray, lightly flatten the mixture into the pan.
