Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup rainbow sprinkles, divided

Instructions

  1. Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  2. Combine dry ingredients and gradually mix into wet ingredients.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup sprinkles. Roll into balls and roll each ball of dough into the rest of the sprinkles, completely covering them. Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes. Let them cool and then enjoy!
